Kimova AI OÜ (“Kimova AI”, “we”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Registered address: Lõõtsa tn 5-11, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11415, Estonia (registry number 16986492). Contact: info@kimova.ai.
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, submit the contact form, or book a demo. Use of the Kimova AI platform is governed by a separate customer agreement.
From the contact form: your name, work email, company, role/interest and message. When you book a demo, your booking details are collected by Calendly. Automatically: your cookie-consent preferences (local storage) and standard server/security logs. We never run advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
We do measure how the site is used, without cookies and without identifying anyone. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record aggregate page views, referrer, country, device type, page-load performance, and clicks on three links — the letter of interest, the demo booking and the contact form — so we can tell which pages are useful. No cookie is set, no identifier is stored on your device, and nothing is combined into a profile or shared with advertisers. Because it stores nothing on your device it needs no consent, which also means it counts every visitor rather than only those who accept a banner.
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo (steps at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries); to keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate interest); and to remember your cookie choices. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time.
Contact-form enquiries are kept for 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
We do not sell your data. We use service providers who process it on our instructions: Web3Forms (form delivery), Calendly (demo scheduling), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam prevention, cookieless), and our hosting and email providers. Some are located in the United States; transfers rely on an appropriate safeguard such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email info@kimova.ai. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local authority.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may exercise your rights by emailing info@kimova.ai.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and data minimisation. We do not claim any certification for Kimova AI on this website; where we describe our security posture, we describe practices, not certifications.
This page is a plain-language summary of our practices. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Use.
