Founding partners
Before general availability, a small cohort of auditing firms gets Kimova on their own engagements — and shapes what it becomes. In return, we ask for one page: a non-binding letter of interest.
The deal
No dressed-up ‘partnership’. A straight exchange, in one screen.
How it works
See the workbench on your own framework — not a canned demo file. If it isn't for you, that's the end of it.
We size a time-boxed evaluation around one real engagement — your framework, your evidence, your team's way of working.
One page, non-binding, e-signed in about ninety seconds. It states intent, not obligation — you can walk away at any point.
Founding terms locked, roadmap influence from day one, and your pilot findings steering what we build next.
The letter
No surprises at the e-signature step: the letter is one page, written in plain language, and non-binding from the first line to the last. Here is everything it contains.
Your firm, your role, and roughly how many engagements you run a year — so the letter means something.
That you've seen Kimova and intend to pilot it on a real engagement when your slot opens.
What tooling like this would be worth to your practice — your number, not ours. A range is fine.
The letter creates no obligation to buy, pilot or continue — and says so in plain words.
Why a letter and not a handshake? Because specific, signed interest is how we plan pilot capacity — and yes, it supports our fundraise. We’d rather tell you that than dress it up.
The founding terms
When the cohort is full, the programme closes — founding terms are not offered twice.
Questions
No. It records intent — that you've seen the product and would pilot it — and states in plain words that it creates no obligation to buy, pilot or continue. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us.
Two reasons, said plainly: they tell us which frameworks and firm sizes to build for first, and they show our investors that working auditors want this built. Ten specific letters from practising firms are worth more than any market report — to us and to them.
We scope each pilot individually — time-boxed, on your framework and evidence — and agree terms before it starts. The letter itself costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
The cohort is weighted toward auditing firms, because multi-client practices stress the platform hardest. But if you run a serious in-house programme — especially multi-framework — write to us; we keep a couple of seats open.
The programme closes and normal onboarding continues via the demo route. Founding terms are only offered to this cohort — that's what makes them founding terms.
